HEALTH RETREAT
Hyperthermia Treatment (“Fever Bath”)
How Therapeutic Heat Helps the Body Heal
✔ Improved Circulation – Peripheral circulation in the arms and legs increases, helping relieve internal congestion and bringing oxygen to tissues more efficiently.
Boosted Metabolism
✔ Metabolic processes accelerate, supporting energy production, detoxification, and cellular repair.
✔ Elevated Core Body Temperature – Prolonged heat exposure raises internal temperature, mimicking a fever—the body’s natural defense against illness.
✔ Deep Detoxification – Perspiration is stimulated, allowing the body to flush out toxins and metabolic waste through the skin.
✔ Immune System Activation – The number of white blood cells increases in the bloodstream, helping your body more effectively target and destroy pathogens.

Hyperthermia therapy may be especially helpful for individuals dealing with:
- Pain & Inflammation
- Stiffness or Tension
- Low Energy, Fatigue
- Colds, Flu & Low Immune
- Function
- Autoimmune
This treatment offers a natural, non-invasive way to support the body’s healing processes—making it ideal for those seeking relief from pain, enhanced immunity, or simply a deep reset.

We’re Here to Help
If you have any concerns or medical conditions, our team is happy to work alongside your physician to ensure safe and effective care.
Our goal is to provide you with a relaxed, restorative experience that supports your body’s natural healing processes. Here’s what your session may look like:
Getting Started
- Your vitals will be taken to insure that you will be ready to do the treatment
- You’ll begin by changing into comfortable clothing or swimwear
- Then you will settle into our jacuzzi tub with 108-110 degree water
The Warming Phase
- As your body heats up, you’ll begin to sweat, helping to release toxins and support detoxification.
- A therapist will monitor your body temperature, oxygen level, comfort, and assist as needed.
- The body temperature will be raised to a fever state and kept for 20 minutes.
- An ice cold cloth will be applied as needed to the head, neck and face.
Cooling Down
After the treatment (typically 60 minutes), there is a cool down period, where you will be helped out of the tub and will rest for 30 minutes.
Tip: Make sure to rest and hydrate after your treatment to help your body fully benefit from the detox and renewal process.
