What to Expect:

Before Your Session:

  • Wear comfortable clothing.
  • Inform staff of any medical conditions or sensitivities.

During the Session:

  • You’ll lie down on a massage table.
  • The treatment area (e.g., knee, shoulder, back) will be wrapped in a device that delivers:
  • Compression: gentle, pulsing pressure to boost circulation and support tissues.
  • Hot/Cold Therapy: temperature-controlled cycles for pain relief and inflammation reduction.
  • Sessions typically last 15–30 minutes, depending on the area and condition.

How It Feels:

  • You may feel warm, cool, and gently squeezed sensations in cycles.
  • The therapy is typically very relaxing—some clients even nap!
  • You should not feel pain or numbness—let staff know if discomfort occurs.

After the Session:

  • You may feel looser, lighter, or experience reduced pain/swelling.
  • Hydrate well and rest if needed—your body continues to benefit even after the session.

We moved here back in May and my husband and I have been talking about trying this place. WE ARE NOT VEGAN so you can imagine when they let us know before we ordered that it was all vegan it made me nervous but I decided to try it anyway. It was crazy good!! We had the grilled cheese on sourdough and decided to give the salad bar a try as well. 😍 it was so good. Will definitely go back. Lance is also extremely sweet and made us feel so welcome and comfortable.
